When you submit the start form we collect: name, work email, company, target market, and a description of your outreach process. During onboarding we additionally collect your ICP criteria. We use this data only to set up and deliver the service. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except processors required to run the service (form handling, email, Google Sheets).
Lead feeds are compiled from publicly available Twitter/X profile information: handle, display name, bio, follower count, and public posts. Scoring and explanations are derived from this public data. Our legal basis for processing under GDPR is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in providing B2B market research on publicly self-published professional information. We do not collect private messages, emails, phone numbers, or non-public data.
If your public profile appears in a feed and you want it removed, contact us (below) — we will exclude your account from all future deliveries and ask affected clients to delete existing entries. EU/UK residents have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object under GDPR/UK GDPR.
Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months. Lead feed data is retained for delivery and quality-control purposes for up to 6 months, then deleted.
We use Google Workspace (delivery), Formspree (form handling), and Telegram (support communication). Data may be processed outside the EU; where applicable, standard contractual clauses of these providers apply.
